I provide services on a contingent fee basis of 35% of the first-year tax reduction. There are no filing fees or client-paid costs, and there is NO FEE unless your tax bill is reduced. My fee includes attorney fees. Payment is due when the county or state provides written confirmation of a successful conclusion.
